This policy applies to the RegKeeper website (regkeeper.co) and the RegKeeper service, operated from New Zealand by Arno Marten trading as RegKeeper ("RegKeeper", "we", "us"). We serve providers across Australia and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
Client documents relate to the operation of your business, not the personal details of your participants. Our questionnaire is deliberately designed to avoid collecting participant names, dates of birth, NDIS numbers or other identifying details, and we ask you not to include any. If participant personal information reaches us by accident, we redact it on receipt and delete the original on request. We never use any client or participant information in our marketing.
We use it to send your scorecard, respond to your enquiries, prepare and deliver your pack, and — only if you opt in — send you occasional updates about the deadline and our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers that make our service work (for example, our form and email delivery providers), who process it on our behalf.
We use reputable third-party services to run the website, forms, email and payments. These providers may store data in Australia, New Zealand, the United States or elsewhere. We choose providers that offer appropriate security, and we hold the minimum we need for as long as we need it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that directly under its own security standards.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — at any time, no reason needed. Email hello@regkeeper.co and we'll action it promptly. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send at any time.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
