RegKeeper is a service operated from New Zealand by Arno Marten trading as RegKeeper ("RegKeeper", "we", "us"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
RegKeeper provides general information and document-preparation services. We prepare policies, procedures, registers, gap reports and related materials mapped to the publicly available SIL Practice Standards, based on the information you provide.
Our service is not legal advice and does not create a client–lawyer relationship. We do not provide tailored legal opinions on your circumstances. For legal advice, consult a qualified legal practitioner. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the NDIS, the NDIA, or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Registration decisions are made by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and your approved quality auditor. We prepare your documentation and evidence to help you be ready; we do not lodge your application and we cannot and do not guarantee that you will be registered. The accuracy of the documents depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and honest information, to review the documents we prepare, and to adopt and operate them as your own. Our documents describe how you tell us you operate — keeping practice and paperwork aligned is your ongoing responsibility.
Prices are shown on our pricing page in Australian dollars and are payable up front via Stripe. The Registration-Readiness Pack is a one-off, all-inclusive fee. NDIS Commission application and audit fees are separate and are paid by you to the relevant body, not to us.
If your Registration-Readiness Pack does not deliver what we describe on our pricing page, contact us at hello@regkeeper.co and we will refund your fee in full. We honour this without argument. The guarantee covers the RegKeeper fee; it does not cover third-party fees (such as Commission or auditor fees) that we do not receive.
We handle personal information in line with our privacy policy. Please do not send us participant personal information.
On full payment, the documents we prepare for you are yours to use, adapt and keep for your organisation's own compliance purposes. Our underlying templates, systems and methods remain ours. You may not resell or redistribute our materials as a competing product.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fee you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Where you deal with us as an Australian consumer, applicable Australian consumer protections continue to apply.
